About us

Drake & Reynolds is a construction consultancy based in Esher, Surrey. We combine the skills of Construction Consultants, Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Party Wall Surveyors to bring a comprehensive range of services to clients, acting as a one-stop-shop for construction and property management.

Founded in 1985 by Brian Drake and Peter Reynolds, we have been providing construction consultancy and quantity surveying services to both public and private sector clients for over 35 years. To date, we have provided advice and expertise on over 230 social housing schemes and have expanded our business over the years in line with the needs of our clients. Since 2019 David Reynolds has been at the head of Drake & Reynolds. David is a:-

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

• Member of the Chartered Institute of Building

• Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

He has over 12 years experience in the industry working with public sector clients, private home owners as well as speculative developers on a large number of projects both large and small. With his main focus on any project being a successful outcome, David has a hand-on approach to all commissions and is always available to discuss projects with his team and clients.
