Drake & Reynolds, together with its associated practice, Drake & Kannemeyer combine the skills of Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants to bring a comprehensive range of services primarily to public sector clients. The practices were established in 1984 and 1980 respectively. By having a variety of skills available under the same roof the group is able to provide clients with a "one-stop shop", if required, for property and estate management.

We have established a Quality Assurance system under ISO 9001-2000 and maintain DTI Construction Line registration. We have developed unique survey and costing software to greatly enhance our clients' estate management capabilities. Our experience and reputation is such that we were appointed to review the funding criteria for Housing Associations and Societies on behalf of the NHF/LHF and to review TCI levels.

We have specialisation in respect of Dispute Resolution and Claims Consultancy and undertake, amongst others, adjudications, arbitrations and negotiated settlements. We continue to be dynamic and pro-active in our approach to the constantly evolving needs of our Clients and property owners.
